After contacting Season Tours, you can select your starting date and the number of days you are reserving for a tour with us.
The amount is the same no matter how many people are on the tour.
You pay the non-refundable amount, and then 4-5 weeks before the tour, you pay the remaining balance.
In some cases, when we have to book many hotel rooms, we may ask you to pay the remaining balance earlier because of cancellation costs.

We do not refund payments that are to secure dates, and the maximum refund is 90% of any other payments.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation right or right to return and refund. The buyer can cancel at any time, but the maximum refund is 90% of the price.
If a buyer cancels his or her booking later than 30 days before the tour is scheduled, we don't refund any part of the payment.
We recommend that you buy travel insurance to compensate for any possible losses.
