Change in our cancellation policies

We have revised our cancellation policies for larger groups. Hotels consider a group large when booking five or more rooms. Since one room is for the guide, a group requiring four rooms is deemed large by us. Some hotels have begun charging the full price for cancelling a single room in a booking of five or more rooms if cancelled earlier than eight weeks. Consequently, we must charge our guests before this period to avoid incurring costs for unused rooms.

Cancellation policy change for different size groups:

Small groups:

The cancellation policy below applies for day tours and multi-day tours where staying in four or fewer hotel rooms.

Cancellation right / right to return and refund. The buyer can cancel any time, but the maximum refund is 90% of the price. If a buyer cancels his/her booking later than 30 days before the tour is scheduled, we don't refund any part of the price.

We recommend you buy travel insurance to compensate for any possible loss.

Large groups:

The cancellation policy below applies for multi-day tours with groups in more than four rooms.

Cancellation right / right to return and refund. The buyer can cancel any time, but the maximum refund is 90% of the price. If a buyer cancels his/her booking later than 60 days before the tour is scheduled, we only refund 50% of the price. In case a cancellation is less than 30 days before the tour, we don't refund any part of the price.

We recommend you buy travel insurance to compensate for any possible loss.
